Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure; 2. NYHA cardiac function classification is I-IV; 3. Aged 18 to 100 years; 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart failure due to failure of important organs such as liver and kidney; 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding patients, allergic constitution and allergic to multiple drugs; 3. Combined with serious primary diseases such as liver, kidney, endocrine system and hematopoietic system; 4. Those with mental disorders and unwilling to cooperate; 5. The patient has participated in other clinical trials within 3 months.
