Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Symptomatic intracranial artery stenosis of 50%-99%, and the responsible blood vessels confirmed by imaging are the intracranial segment of the internal carotid artery, the middle cerebral artery, the intracranial segment of the vertebral artery or the basilar artery; 2. Received intracranial arterial endovascular treatment, including balloon angioplasty, balloon-expandable stent placement or self-expanding stent placement; 3. Time from symptom onset to endovascular treatment > 24 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-atherosclerotic stenosis, including vascular diseases such as arterial dissection, moya-moya disease or vasculitis; 2. Angiography shows that the path of the blood vessel is tortuous, and the interventional doctor judges that it is difficult for the endovascular treatment device to reach the lesion; 3. Can not cooperate to complete the follow-up.
