Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic functional constipation who meet the Rome III diagnostic criteria (intestinal function score >= 4 points); 2. Patients with chronic diarrhea (intestinal function score>=4 points); 3. Patients with postoperative intestinal dysfunction (including intestinal adhesions, intestinal paralysis, etc.); 4. Active stage of inflammatory bowel disease and radiation enteritis (intestinal function score >= 4 points); 5. Intestinal dysfunction caused by various other benign diseases (intestinal function score >= 4 points).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. Constipation related to any tumor disease, neurological disease or mechanical disorder; 3. There are gastrointestinal, nervous system, cardiovascular, endocrine, renal or other serious diseases or complications of serious diseases; 4. Patients with suspected colorectal cancer, metabolic diseases and gastrointestinal surgery; 5. Severe anorectal problems; 6. Patients with intellectual disabilities; 7. Patients with clearly diagnosed mental illness; 8. Those who cannot comply with observation due to heavy drinking, drug abuse or mental factors; 9. Others with poor compliance.
