Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years, and the gender is not limited; 2. The symptoms of the patient are consistent with the clinical manifestations of acute stroke and are highly suspected of stroke; 3. CT/MRI clearly diagnosed as acute cerebral stroke (this study mainly refers to cerebral parenchymal hemorrhage and cerebral infarction); 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy and lactation patients; 2. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Other causes of cerebral edema, subarachnoid hemorrhage.
