Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for thyroid cancer patients: (1) Aged 18-65 years; (2) After radical thyroid cancer surgery, the pathological type is papillary thyroid cancer; (3) Those who meet the indications for I[131] treatment and undergo the first I[131] treatment. 2. Inclusion criteria for the healthy control group: healthy people who are matched in age, gender and experimental group and share a living environment with the experimental group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant, breastfeeding, smoking, drinking; 2. Hypertension, diabetes, BMI27; 3. Have used antibiotics, prebiotics, probiotics, hormones, laxatives, proton pump inhibitors, insulin sensitizers or traditional Chinese medicines within three months; 4. There is a history of autoimmune diseases or a history of gastrointestinal malignancy and gastrointestinal surgery.
