10 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 10-60 years, gender is not limited; 2. Patients with clearly diagnosed severe spinal deformity (the main curve Cobb angle is greater than 80 degree); 3. Only accept posterior orthopedic surgery; 4. Patients undergoing conservative treatment; 5. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal tumors, spinal infections and spinal deformities caused by trauma; 2. MRI suggests combined spinal abnormalities, such as Chiari malformation, syringomyelia, etc.; 3. Imaging data is incomplete.
