Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60-75 years; 2. Meet the standard of spleen deficiency syndrome; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for activity disorder syndrome; 4. Those who voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Gastrointestinal dysfunction; 2. The protein intake in the diet is less than 1.2g/kg/d; 3. Serum vitamin D level 24.9; 5. Patients with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic, digestive system and other diseases; 6. Patients with cognitive impairment and mental illness; 7. Other situations that the researcher considers unsuitable to participate in this study.
