60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 to 80 years; 2. Full-thickness rotator cuff tear confirmed by MRI or intraoperative microscope, 35° or AI>0.72); 4. Follow-up time >= 12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with advanced osteoarthritis changes, traumatic rotator cuff tear, previous surgery, adhesive arthritis, neurological injury accompanied by pseudoparalysis, inflammatory or other joint diseases; 2. Insufficient follow-up time.
