20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with PCOS according to Rotterdam criteria; 2. The previous embryo transfer has not been pregnant for <= 2 cycles; 3. Aged 20 to 40 years; 4. Fresh self-egg IVF or ICSI assisted pregnancy, including the use of donor sperm assisted pregnancy cycle; 5. At least one remaining blastocyst with a score of 4BC or above; 6. Those who perform frozen-thawed single blastocyst transfer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intrauterine adhesions or those with a history of intrauterine adhesion separation; 2. Patients with hydrosalpinx visible under untreated B-ultrasound; 3. Patients who have been diagnosed with diabetes, chronic hypertension or chronic kidney disease before pregnancy; patients who have been diagnosed with preeclampsia during previous pregnancy; 4. Those who had previously cancelled the cycle due to "thin endometrium" during the preparation of the endometrium before frozen embryo transfer.
