35 Years to 42 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for infertility: both husband and wife have a normal sexual life, and have not been pregnant for 1 year without contraception; 2. Patients who intend to receive IVF-ET treatment in Shuguang Hospital, aged 35 to 42 years; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of TCM kidney-essence deficiency type; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ovarian dysfunction caused by taking hormones, immunosuppressants and other drugs, radiotherapy and chemotherapy of ovarian malignant tumors; 2. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system.
