Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with end-stage chronic kidney disease with a clear diagnosis, regular maintenance hemodialysis treatment for more than 3 months, regular dialysis 3 times a week, 4 hours each time; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia of the Asian Sarcopenia Working Group, that is, meet the skeletal muscle mass index of the limbs (measured by bioelectrical impedance method) male = 18 years, can communicate through text or language; 6. Both patients and their families gave informed consent and signed the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who suffer from bone and joint-related diseases, such as post-stroke, fracture, severe arthritis, femoral head necrosis, etc., and those who cannot complete the muscle function test independently; 2. Suffering from congenital or metabolic bone disease, bone tumor and other orthopedic diseases; 3. Those who suffer from neurological or psychiatric diseases and cannot complete the questionnaire independently; 4. Those with a pacemaker; 5. Complicated serious complications: such as heart failure, severe infection and other serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, requiring hospitalization or surgery; 6. Those who have a history of surgery within the past 3 months; 7. Poor study compliance.
