Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 1 to 12 years; 2. No family history of genetic disease; 3. Clinically manifested as primary nephrotic syndrome or massive proteinuria without any degree of hematuria; 4. Renal biopsy has been performed and renal pathology is consistent with: immunofluorescence staining is all negative or only a small amount of non-specific deposition (such as IgM or C3+~++), no abnormality is found in glomeruli under light microscope, and the diagnosis is made under transmission electron microscope. Minimal disease (MCD), that is, only extensive fusion of the epithelial foot processes, no delamination, no shrinkage of the basement membrane, and no mesangial hyperplasia; 5. There is no electron-dense deposition in any part; 6. At least one glomerulus can be observed under the electron microscope.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The quality of electron microscope photos is poor; 2. Unable to meet the measurement requirements of image software; 3. Those who still cannot measure after re-slicing and photographing.
