Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients meet the criteria for depression in DSM-IV; 2. Aged 18 to 45 years; 3. Both are right-handed; 4. Hamilton Depression Scale (17 items) score greater than or equal to 7 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from a serious mental illness, such as schizophrenia; 2. History of head disease, brain injury, epilepsy and other neurological diseases in the past; 3. Have a history of severe cardiovascular system, respiratory system, immune system and other systemic diseases in the past; 4. Past history of alcohol and morphine abuse; 5. Inability to cooperate with the completion of relevant neuropsychological examinations and brain imaging data collection; 6. Currently pregnant and lactating women.
