Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Idiopathic membranous nephropathy, mainly based on the light microscope, fluorescence and electron microscope manifestations of renal pathology, combined with clinical and serum PLA2R antibody detection to distinguish between idiopathic membranous nephropathy and secondary membranous nephropathy; 2. The number of glomeruli in the kidney biopsy specimen is more than 8; 3. Aged over 18 years; 4. Baseline eGFR>30ml/min.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary membranous nephropathy, such as malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases and hepatitis B; 2. Patients who received immunosuppressive therapy before hospitalization; 3. Patients with malignant tumor, severe heart failure, liver cirrhosis and liver failure; 4. Combined with other nephropathy, such as diabetic nephropathy, obesity-related nephropathy, etc.; 5. Lack of important clinical and laboratory data such as age, gender, proteinuria and serum creatinine during renal biopsy; 6. The follow-up time is less than 6 months.
