Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with kidney stones with a diameter of 6-20 mm who are not effective in extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy; 2. Unilateral/bilateral kidney stones can also be used for the treatment of upper ureteral stones; 3. For residual stones after PCNL; 4. Soft mirror combined with PCNL for the treatment of complex kidney stones; 5. All patients have no contraindications to surgery; 6. All patients have some understanding of surgical treatment and have signed the informed consent form for the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Controllable systemic bleeding disease; 2. No CT or KUB patients were reviewed after the operation; 3. Severe urethral stricture, which cannot be resolved by intracavitary surgery; 4. Severe hip deformity, difficult to cut the position; 5. Patients with urinary tuberculosis, kidney tumors, and history of kidney transplantation.
