Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participate in the pre-pregnancy eugenic health check, plan to check the prenatal system in our hospital, and give birth to the population; 2. Singleton pregnancy and delivery, no other diseases such as heart disease, chronic hypertension, diabetes, hepatitis, etc. before pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who have spontaneous abortion before 12 weeks of gestation; 2. Diagnosed with a chromosomal abnormality during pregnancy.
