Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for vocal cord nodules; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for TCM syndromes of vocal cord nodules (phlegm coagulation and blood stasis type); 3. Aged 19 to 55 years, gender is not limited; 4. The subjects voluntarily participate in this study, fully understand the process of this study and the related benefits and possible risks of participating in this trial, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have lost their autonomy; 2. Subjects with recent exogenous symptoms; 3. Subjects with severe primary cardiovascular, lung, kidney, liver, nerve, and blood diseases; 4. Subjects who are receiving systemic or topical hormone therapy in the past 1 week; 5. Subjects with asthma, neurological diseases and hearing impairment; 6. Subjects who are dizzy or unable to accept acupuncture; 7. Pregnant and lactating women; 8. Those with mental illness.
