Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Routinely receive 5 hemodialysis treatments every 2 weeks; 3. Have received hemodialysis treatment for at least 3 months; 4. The patient's lower limb muscle function is normal and can walk independently; 5. Relatively stable condition with normal reading and writing skills and communication skills; 6. Routine maintenance treatment drugs remain unchanged, using arteriovenous fistula dialysis; 7. Informed consent, voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled hypertension; 2. Unstable angina; 3. Uncontrolled heart failure or arrhythmia; 4. Severe renal osteodystrophy; 5. Acute lower extremity thrombosis; 6. Accompanied by serious complications; 7. Kidney transplantation; 8. Participating in other rehabilitation training.
