Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1, Children hospitalized in the pediatric respiratory department of our hospital between 2022.01-2022.03; 2, Aged 0 to 3 years; 3, The patient was diagnosed as lower respiratory tract infections such as capillary bronchitis, community-acquired pneumonia and other diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to agree to participate in the researcher; 2. Children with congenital airway dysplasia or acquired chronic airway disease; 3. Children with major systemic diseases; 4. Children with airway foreign bodies; 5. Children living in a tobacco environment.
