Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the 2018 heart failure diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Have complete language expression ability and comprehension; 4. Use a smartphone to complete follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have a history of mental illness or have taken antidepressants in the past month; 2. Those with serious diseases of important organs, such as cancer; 3. Participated in other intervention experiments within the past 3 months.
