Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 50 years, with half and half genders; 2. Body mass index (BMI) is 18.5-24kg/m2; 3. Have a daily breakfast habit; 4. No liver disease, kidney disease, digestive tract disease and metabolic disease; 5. Sign the informed consent; 6. Agree to avoid strenuous exercise 24 hours before the formal test; 7. Able to tolerate at least 10 hours without food.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Special groups, such as pregnant women, nursing mothers, engaging in heavy physical activity or high-intensity exercise; 2. Long-term lack of sleep in the past 3 months; 3. Self-reported weight gain or loss of >=4kg in the past 3 months; 4. Taking weight loss medicines; 5. Those with special dietary habits (for example: ketogenic diet or low-carb diet); 6. Eating attitude test score >= 20 points or answer "yes" to the question; 7. Those who have a history of surgery or hospitalization in the past 3 months. 8. Eating disorders (overeating, anorexia, bulimia nervosa, etc.); 9. Those with severe heart, liver, kidney, gastrointestinal tract, hematopoietic system, nervous system dysfunction and those who have undergone weight loss surgery; 10. Lactose intolerance; 11. Excessive smoking (>15 sticks/day) or heavy drinkers (male drinking volume>25g/day, female drinking volume>15g/day).
