Cardiopulmonary bypass time greater than 120min but less than or equal to 180min group:Nil
Cardiopulmonary bypass time greater than 180min group:Nil

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Select adult patients with complete cardiac surgery data under elective cardiopulmonary bypass at the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from January 2018 to July 2021; 2. The number of platelets before surgery is (100-300) x 10^9/L; 3. ASA classification II-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who received platelet transfusions before, during and after surgery; 2. Antiplatelet drugs and/or thrombopoietic drugs were used before surgery.
