Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. GDM patients who meet the GDM diagnostic criteria of "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pregnancy Complicated Diabetes (2014 Edition)" and are diagnosed by a doctor; 2. Singleton pregnancy; 3. Pregnant women between 24 and 28 weeks of pregnancy; 4. Those who have regular obstetric examinations and establish and improve the health care manual for pregnant women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of yam allergy; 2. Pregnancy with other complications; 3. Those who need to be treated with drugs after being diagnosed by a doctor; 4. Those who are receiving diet therapy other than conventional diet therapy; 5. Patients with cognitive impairment and mental illness.
