20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 70 years; 2. BMI 18.5-24.9; 3. ASA I-III level; 4. No body pain in the past month and no pain medication; 5. Operation time > 1h; 6. No history of chronic pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to local anesthetics; 2. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Preoperative pulmonary function decline: the preoperative FRC is less than 50% of the predicted value and or the forced vital capacity in the first second is less than 50%; 4. Abnormal liver and kidney function before surgery (creatinine greater than 1.5 mg/dl, aspartate or aspartate aminotransferase greater than 40 U/l); 5. The patients received ARB, ACEI, calcium ion antagonist, NO, sildenafil and other drugs before surgery; 6. Patients are unwilling to sign informed consent; 7. Hearing or visual impairment cannot communicate; 8. The operation time is too short; 9. DLCO < 50%.
