Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the students and their parents from the first grade of Xiamen Yanwu Primary School and the first to sixth grade of Xiamen Gulangyu People's Primary School.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Students whose parents have not signed the informed consent form; 2. Students who are absent from Xiamen University's delayed creative happiness class.
