40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 65 years; 2. BMI <= 30 kg/m2; 3. ASA classification I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of neuromuscular disease or endocrine disease; 2. Electrolyte and acid-base balance disorders; 3. Arrhythmia; 4. Difficult airway; 5. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 6. Recently taking drugs that affect the function of the neuromuscular junction.
