Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years, male or female; 2. A clear diagnosis of ACS patients after PCI; 3. Before the selection, signed an informed consent form with the patient or the patient's family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic constitution, allergic to statins; 2. Other lipid-lowering drugs including statin and ezetimibe are currently in use, including PCSK9 inhibitors, niacin, fibrate, etc.; 3. Systemic wasting diseases such as malignant tumors and tuberculosis; 4. Combined with severe liver (ALT greater than 3 times the upper limit of normal), kidney (CKD stage 3 and above) or unexplained CK elevation greater than 3 times the upper limit of normal; uncontrolled rheumatic immune diseases, long-term use of glucocorticoids; 5. Chronic end-stage heart failure; 6. Severe trauma and major surgery; 7. Acute phase of various infectious diseases; 8. Suffering from hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism.
