18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to undergo elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery; 2. ASA classification I-II; 3. Aged 18 to 60 years; 4. BMI 18-30Kg/M2; 5. Communication is normal; 6. Voluntarily test and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe respiratory and circulatory system diseases: such as severe coronary heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc., endocrine system diseases: pituitary tumor, severe diabetes, hypercortisol syndrome, pheochromocytoma, etc.; 2. Mental and psychological diseases: such as schizophrenia, depression, history of chronic analgesic drug use, history of alcoholism, opioid dependence; 3. Intellectual disability, sleep disorder, consciousness dysfunction, etc.; 4. Those with a history of bleeding disorders or abnormal coagulation function; 5. Sinus bradycardia; 6. Second degree and above atrioventricular block; 7. Those who are known to be allergic to experimental drugs and other drugs.
