Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing surgery in Shanghai Chest Hospital from January 1, 2019 to May 31, 2021; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. ASA classification I-IV; 4. Elective thoracic surgery; 5. Use double-lumen endotracheal intubation and implement one-lung ventilation; 6. There are arterial oxygen partial pressure data before and after one-lung ventilation.
