Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 48 hours of invasive mechanical ventilation; 2. The SBT test failed after tracheotomy, and it is expected that the machine cannot be weaned in the short term; 3. Aged 18 to 85 years; 4. Clear consciousness, Glasgow score >= 13; 5. Have the ability to breathe spontaneously; 6. PaO2/FiO2 > 150; 7. No upper airway obstruction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Facial or skull trauma or surgery; 2. Facial abnormalities; 3. Recent gastric or esophageal surgery; 4. Upper gastrointestinal bleeding; 5. Pneumothorax patients; 6. Lack of cooperation; 7. Those with contraindications to non-invasive mechanical ventilation; 8. End-stage patients; 9. Patients who have been included in other trials; 10. Patients who refused to participate in this trial.
