Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of any one of sub-healthy people, healthy people and diseases; 2. Gender is not limited, age is 60 years old and above; 3. The subjects were informed and signed the informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Living with a serious adverse lifestyle; 2. With any infection in recent four weeks; 3. Subjects who are taking part in other drugs clinical trials; 4. Volunteers whom researchers believe not suitable for the clinical trail with other reasons; 5. Hereditary disease; 6. Use of antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, or synbiotics in two months before collection of the fecal sample.
