18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed as stage IIIA, IIIB NSCLC, with cytological diagnosis; 2. Aged 18 to 80 years; 3. Patients can tolerate surgery/immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy; 4. The expected survival period is more than 3 months; 5. Be able to understand the research protocol and voluntarily participate in this research, and sign the informed consent; 6. Be able to cooperate with the collection of samples from each node and provide corresponding clinical information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy or surgery for various reasons; 2. The patient changes the treatment plan due to the occurrence of serious immunological adverse events; 3. The physical state PS score of tumor patients is >2 points; 4. Patients who died due to complications or other factors during treatment; 5. Suffering from other malignant tumors within 5 years before the diagnosis of lung cancer; 6. Those with a history of severe mental illness; 7. Have any other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
