Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for burns specified in clinical guidelines, with an area of 10%-30% TBSA; 2. Over 18 years old; 3. Voluntarily participate and follow instructions; 4. Good communication; 5. All patients suffered first burns.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental disorder; 2. Hearing impairment; 3. Respiratory system damage; 4. Allergy to tramadol.
