Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AACE group: (1) Aged >= 5 years; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute acquired concomitant esotropia (3) Best corrected visual acuity in both eyes>=1.0; (4) Be able to understand and cooperate with the inspection, and voluntarily sign the informed consent form. Control group: (1) Aged >= 5 years; (2) The best corrected visual acuity of both eyes >=1.0; (3) The eye position is upright and the binocular vision function is normal; (4) Be able to understand and cooperate with the inspection, and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from organic eye disease; (2) Past history of eye surgery; (3) Accompanied by vertical strabismus; (4) Have a history of central nervous system; (5) Contraindications for magnetic resonance examination, including: metal orthodontics, cardiac pacemakers, artificial prostheses or joints claustrophobia, etc.
