Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Colorectal malignant tumor confirmed by pathology before surgery; 3. In the perioperative period, a modified enhanced recovery diagnosis and treatment program was adopted.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes; 2. Preoperative insulin resistance; 3. Dialysis is required for renal insufficiency, and hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh grade B or above); 4. Eating disorders caused by gastrointestinal obstruction; 5. Distant metastasis of tumor.
