Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Observation group: 1. In line with the 2014 Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke, confirmed by CT or MRI, and diagnosed with cerebrovascular disease; 2. Aged 30 to 80 years; 3. Course of disease >= 3 months, initial onset; 4. All have hemiplegic gait visible to the naked eye, Holden walking function >= grade 2; 5. Able to walk independently for more than 10 meters and Brunnstrom staging is 4-5; 6. Adapt to tablet walking; 7. Voluntarily sign the informed consent. Control group: 1. Healthy and able to walk naturally; 2. Aged 30 to 80 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Observation group: 1. Patients with unstable vital signs, severe cardiopulmonary disease, and severe cognitive impairment; 2. Sudden second stroke or other major diseases during detection; 3. Those with significant changes in blood pressure, heart rate, and respiration during the test (20% change from the basic value or the patient cannot tolerate it); 4. Those who give up automatically in the middle; 5. Diseases (osteoarthritis, etc.) that cause walking disorders in the lower limbs of the unaffected side. Control group: 1. Patients with lower extremity skeletal and muscle diseases, nervous system diseases and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Psychological and mental disorders, pregnant and lactating women; 3. Those with pathological gait; 4. People with other knee pains and diseases that may be contraindicated in exercise; 5. Those who give up automatically midway.
