Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: children (0-3 years old). (2) The duration of diarrhea was more than 12 hours but less than 72 hours; (3) non-bacterial infectious diarrhea; (4) Written informed consent was obtained from the supervisors of the enrolled children.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) chronic and persistent diarrhea; (2) outlet obstruction caused by congenital intestinal malformation and difficult defecation; (3) Neurodevelopmental disorders and severe organic diseases, Severe malnutrition, immunodeficiency diseases, pancreatic dysfunction, Bloody purulent stools, short bowel syndrome, bile or bloody vomit; (4) secondary diarrhea; (5) patients with moderate or severe dehydration or severe condition requiring PICU treatment; (6) taking probiotics before or within one month of the diagnosis; (7) Expected use of antibiotics during the trial; (8) The child was diagnosed with allergic diarrhea.
