Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are going to undergo gastrointestinal endoscopy; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years, gender is not limited; 3. Body mass index (BMI) > 28kg/m^2; 4. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is graded I to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to participate in the trial; 2. Those with a history of severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and metabolic diseases; 3. There is a history of acute inflammation of the respiratory tract and no cure within 2 weeks; 4. Systolic blood pressure > 180 mm Hg and (or) diastolic blood pressure > 110 mm Hg in patients with preoperative hypertension, or < 90/60 mm Hg in patients with hypotension; 5. Those with neuromuscular disease and mental disease; 6. Asthma attack period; 7. Gastrointestinal obstruction with retention of gastric contents; 8. Suspected abuse of narcotic analgesics or sedatives; 9. Those who do not cooperate and cannot communicate.
