Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. Those diagnosed with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage by cranial MRI, cranial CTA or whole cerebral angiography; 3. The patient was admitted to the hospital within 72 hours of the onset, and the responsible aneurysm was treated by embolization and/or clipping; 4. The patient or family members gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with progressive neurological disease before enrollment; 2. Those who have neurological dysfunction caused by neurological disease or brain trauma in the past; 3. Severe heart, liver, kidney disease, or various tumors, immune, blood and connective tissue system diseases; 4. The ruptured aneurysm has not been treated or cannot be treated; 5. Those with severe trauma or major surgery within the past 6 months; 6. Upper limb soft tissue injury, venous thrombosis, infection and skin damage; 7. Those who cannot cooperate during the operation; 8. Those whose remaining life expectancy is less than 1 year; 9. Those who cannot complete the follow-up.
