Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. MSA group: Aged 45-70 years; MMSE >= 27 points; patients diagnosed as likely to have MSA according to the Gilman diagnostic criteria revised in 2008; 2. PD+OH group: Aged 45-70 years; MMSE >= 27 points; PD was diagnosed according to the latest diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease (2015) of the International Movement Disorders Society (MDS), and patients were diagnosed with PD according to the American Academy of Autonomic Neuroscience (AAS)) and the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) 1996 diagnostic criteria for orthostatic hypotension in patients diagnosed with orthostatic hypotension (OH).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypersensitivity to lidocaine anesthetics; 2. Those with bleeding tendency or scar constitution; 3. Those with skin diseases; 4. Those who refuse to sign informed consent for skin biopsy; 5. There is a positive family history of autonomic disorder; 6. Susceptible factors for autonomic neuropathy: diabetes, autoimmune diseases, paraneoplastic diseases, infectious diseases, thyroid diseases and vitamin B12, vitamin B6 deficiency, etc.; 7. Suffering from other known serious medical diseases, including severe liver and kidney failure, cardiac insufficiency, advanced cancer, etc.
