Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women between the ages of 18-40; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for polycystic ovary syndrome; 3. BMI >= 25Kg/m^2; 4. No hormone or lipid-lowering drug treatment within 3 months before entering this study; 5. The patients signed the informed consent and volunteered to be tested.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to metformin drugs; 2. Those with organic lesions of the uterus and appendages in gynecological examination or B-ultrasound examination; 3. Diseases similar to the clinical and endocrine signs of PCOS caused by other causes, such as theca cell hyperplasia, ovarian or adrenal tumors, adrenal hyperplasia, etc.; 4. Combined with serious primary diseases such as heart, liver and kidney, and mentally ill patients; 5. Those who do not use the medicine as prescribed, cannot judge the efficacy or incomplete data, etc., which affect the judgment of efficacy or safety.
