Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects are healthy young college students with normal blood pressure; 2. No smoking habit, no taking any drugs for the treatment of cardiovascular and other metabolic diseases; 3. There is no known history of diseases affecting the cardiovascular system, and the activity level is kept at a moderate to low intensity, which is measured by the IPAQ short questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People who have the habit of drinking, coffee and smoking; 2. People who often stay up late and have irregular work and rest; 3. People who have had trauma to the upper and lower limbs in the last three months.
