Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women aged 18 to 37, with a gestational age of >= 14 weeks; 2. Foods containing vitamin K supplements have not been taken; 3. Cooperate with the investigation and the collection of biological samples such as blood samples and feces; voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by gastric ulcer, chronic enteritis, and digestive tract lesions diagnosed by digestive endoscopy; 2. Associated with diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver (such as liver cancer, hepatitis B, etc.), hematopoietic system diseases, etc.; 3. Recent history of infectious diseases and medication history; 4. Those with mental illness who cannot cooperate; 5. Those who cannot judge the efficacy or incomplete data, etc., which affect the judgment of efficacy or safety.
