45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Kellgren-Lawrence Level 2-3; 2. Aged 45-75 years; 3. Body mass index BMI < 30kg/m^2; 4. The knee joint is stable without dislocation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with malignant tumor; 2. Combined with mental disorders; 3. Coagulation disorders or anticoagulation therapy; 4. Serious damage to liver, kidney, heart and lung functions; 5. Recent history of knee injury; 6. Any intra-articular injection within the past year; 7. Injection site infection.
