Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the 2012 International Kidney Disease Organization "Kidney Disease: Im proving Global Outcomes (KDIGO)" guideline for the diagnosis of CKD: albuminuria; abnormal urinary sediment; renal tubular related Lesion; Histological abnormalities; Structural abnormalities seen by imaging; History of kidney transplantation; eGFR 18 years old; 3. The case data is complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have started regular dialysis, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
