Age
18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than 18 years; 2. Circulatory shock: SBP/DBP is lower than 90/60mmHg or MAP is lower than 65mmHg; or blood pressure is decreased by > 40mmHg; 3. Mechanical ventilation, without breathing effort; 4. Fluid therapy is needed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction, acute heart failure and other disease states that do not require fluid replacement; 2. Poor ultrasound imaging or intolerance to echocardiography; 3. Cardiac assist devices such as ECMO, IABP or pacemaker that affect the assessment of ventricular-arterial coupling; 4. No central venous catheter; 5. Aortic valve replacement (affecting VTI measurement); 6. Those who refuse to participate in the experiment.
