Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with cirrhosis by clinical/laboratory examination, imaging examination or liver biopsy; 2. History of esophagogastric varices bleeding; 3. Successful implementation of stent graft TIPS; 4. Obtain the subject's written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumors such as liver or gastrointestinal tract; 2. Uncontrolled severe active infection (> grade 2) or sepsis; 3. Spontaneous bacterial peritonitis; 4. Severe heart, kidney and lung insufficiency; 5. A history of receiving TIPS or surgical shunt; 6. History of overt hepatic encephalopathy or recurrent/spontaneous hepatic encephalopathy without a cause; 7. Allergy to contrast agent; 8. Budd-Chiari syndrome; 9. Alcohol dependence or use of psychotropic drugs (benzodiazepines, opioids, etc.); 10. Unrelated neuropsychiatric diseases, including dementia; 11. History of gastrointestinal surgery 3 months before enrollment, such as colectomy; 12. Pregnant or lactating subjects; 13. The researchers believe that compliance is poor.
