PRF group:Each patient received a combination of autologous fat graft and PRF on one side
control group:combined fat graft with equal volume of saline on the other side

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In our department, patients who are required to undergo facial autologous fat transplantation are between 20 and 50 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other treatments have been done in the operation area, or fat filling has been performed for many times; allergic constitution; 2. History of connective tissue disease; current use of hormones or chemotherapy drugs; history of diabetes; 3. Patients who cannot be followed up for more than 3 months; patients with large changes in BMI before and after surgery; 4. Can not guarantee on-time treatment, failed to cooperate.
