Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Arteriosclerotic patients with unilateral middle cerebral artery M1 stenosis (stenosis rate greater than 20%) accompanied by stroke or transient ischemic attack; 2. No cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumor; 3. No history of thrombolysis, endovascular treatment and other special treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Associated with multiple stenosis of the middle cerebral artery; 2. Poor quality of magnetic resonance images affects measurement and evaluation; 3. Associated with intracranial or extracranial aneurysm, arterial dissection; 4. MRI contraindications; 5. Accompanied by myocardial infarction, cardiac insufficiency, abnormal liver function and renal function.
