Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective hip replacement surgery under general anesthesia; 2. ASA classification I~III; 3. Aged >= 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term application of theophylline antiasthmatic drugs before surgery; 2. Uncontrolled diabetes, long-term use of glucocorticoids; 3. Refuse to participate in the trial or to sign the informed consent; 4. Postoperative patients are sent to ICU with a tube; 5. Severe obstructive sleep apnea; 6. Preoperative disturbance of consciousness and cognitive dysfunction; 7. Abnormal lung function, obvious abnormal chest imaging examination; 8. Severe liver and kidney disease; 9. Patients with bilateral total hip replacement surgery; 10. Patients with cardiac insufficiency and arrhythmia; 11. Patients with history of hypoxemia, hypertension or peptic ulcer.
